Printed revenue streams, as a share of the total
From the printed income statement. Costs take away, totals stand on zero.
Each step is the change in one printed revenue stream; the ends are the printed totals.
Calc marks a figure worked out from printed lines
1st is always the better end: lowest for wages, player costs and net debt. In EUR at ECB rates.
PERIMETER CHANGE: first consolidated accounts, after Real Madrid Estadio S.L.U. was set up on 27/08/2021. The statements show no prior-year group column; the 2020/21 figures shown for comparison (pages 24-25, marked RMCF) are the club's individual accounts, and the club says the club alone is 99% of group assets/liabilities and practically 100% of turnover and operating costs. Facts from the Spanish original (es-2021-22); the clean opinion on the consolidated statements was read in the English translation (en-2021-22, Ernst & Young, S.L.). ONE-OFF: 'Resultados por enajenaciones y otras' (378,716k) includes a 316,347k gain ('Resultado traspaso de derechos', note 17.5) from the Sixth Street/Legends agreement to run new stadium businesses for 20 years (294,479k cash in 'Traspaso de derechos' in investing flows). That gain is in EBIT and in the club's EBITDA (202,999k), but not in PLAYER_TRADING_RESULT (62,383k). 425m of the stadium loan was drawn ('Otras deudas'). REVENUE is the statutory 'Importe neto de la cifra de negocios'; the club's headline 'ingresos de explotación antes de enajenación' is 721,528k (note 22, p79). IMPAIRMENT_PLAYERS uses the line 'Variación deterioro y pérdidas' of sporting intangibles. Player rights held for sale (22,365k) are outside PLAYER_REGISTRATIONS.
Wages are all staff costs, not only the players.
