Printed revenue streams, as a share of the total
From the printed income statement. Costs take away, totals stand on zero.
Each step is the change in one printed revenue stream; the ends are the printed totals.
Calc marks a figure worked out from printed lines
1st is always the better end: lowest for wages, player costs and net debt. In EUR at ECB rates.
Consolidated accounts (Club, Real Madrid Estadio S.L.U., Real Madrid Beijing). Facts from the Spanish original (es-2022-23); the clean opinion was read in the English translation (en-2022-23 p81: Ernst & Young, S.L.) because the Spanish audit pages are images. REVENUE is the statutory 'Importe neto de la cifra de negocios'; the club's headline 'ingresos de explotación antes de enajenación' is 843,018k (note 22, p77). Stream mapping as in 2024/25. EBITDA is the club's measure including disposal results and impairment. Stadium works reduced matchday capacity. Stadium-loan finance costs were capitalised and shown as finance income (17,917k). IMPAIRMENT_PLAYERS is negative because note 17.5 shows a net reversal (+2,849k credit); player write-offs of 33,456k ('Bajas Inmovilizado Intangible deportivo') sit in 'Deterioros y pérdidas' and are in neither IMPAIRMENT_PLAYERS nor PLAYER_TRADING_RESULT. Player registrations held for sale (11,192k) are outside PLAYER_REGISTRATIONS. The club also reports net debt excluding the stadium project (same definition as 2024/25).
Wages are all staff costs, not only the players.
